Getting to see Ben and Megan's family grow is so special to me! They had me take their engagement photos a little over two years ago, shortly after I had started photography, and I got to take their first family photos with their little girl last summer. I was so excited when Megan reached out to me about whether I'd do a one year photo session for their little girl. Yes please, sign me up! She's the cutest thing ever and I loved having her in front of my camera again, plus sneaking in her mom and dad in for a few too!
Getting to photograph memories like these are special to me because I already know how crazy fast my own kids are growing. You don't really always see it in the moment (and sometimes are wishing time away, like those stinkin' sleep regressions) and then the next thing you know they're looking nothing like a baby or toddler and are ready for preschool (totally speaking from experience on that).
Ben and Megan, thank you so much for inviting me into your special memories yet again. I feel so blessed to do so and see your family growing. Praying for you guys as you get ready to move, and I'm glad it won't be *too* far away!
