The polka music started playing and everyone broke out in exuberant dancing. It was fitting with the rest of the day, which could be summed up with one word: "joyful." When you get to witness two people who are so excited to get married AND who are building their marriage on the solid foundation of Jesus Christ, it just doesn't get any better than that. Autumn was the most relaxed bride, and her relaxed, joyful presence seemed to put everyone around her at ease - especially her groom. As soon as Michael was in Autumn's presence, it was so obvious how much A) he loved her and B) he was completely, comfortably himself with her - and vice versa. That kind of love is a special one, to be sure.
Nick and I couldn't have felt more honored to be able to capture some of the joy from Autumn and Michael's wedding. We couldn't stop smiling - from the first touch to the pronouncement of husband and wife and everything leading up to it- all the way to THE BEST wedding dancing we've ever seen. Autumn and Michael, it's so obvious that you two are perfect for each other. And it's also clear that your joy is great not only because of your love for one another, but most of all because of your love for the Lord. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your day and to celebrate the joy of marriage and the joy of the Lord with you both! We have confidence that He will carry you through every trial and triumph and continue to give you joy and peace immeasurable.
